Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about TrumpMeter, our data, and how to use our platform.

TrumpMeter is a real-time tracking platform for Donald Trump's social media activity. We provide interactive heatmaps, statistical analysis, and activity gauges to help users understand posting patterns and trends.

We strive for accuracy but data may be delayed by 5+ minutes. Historical data gaps exist. All data is publicly available information aggregated from social media platforms and other sources. Use our data as one input among many for decision-making.

During active Polymarket events, data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. You can see the countdown to the next refresh at the top of the page. Outside of active events, data updates occur less frequently.

The heatmap displays post frequency by hour (y-axis) and day (x-axis). Darker colors indicate higher activity periods. Each cell represents one hour on a specific day, with the number showing post count for that hour.

The Activity Gauge shows current posting pace compared to the last 3 hours of activity. It helps you quickly see whether activity is high, average, or low compared to recent patterns.

TrumpMeter provides real-time pace tracking for post count markets on Polymarket. The 'Market Recommendation' section shows whether current pace supports buying YES or NO positions. We also display related Polymarket events and market performance data. Remember to conduct your own research before trading.

We provide several analytical charts: Moving Averages (1-hour, 6-hour, 12-hour trends), Hourly Activity (21-day patterns by hour), Cumulative Timeline (running total over event period), Day of Week (which days see most activity), and Distribution (frequency histogram of hourly counts).

Simple Average Pace is calculated by dividing total posts so far by hours elapsed, then extrapolating to the full event period. It provides a baseline projection assuming the current pace continues unchanged.

The date picker lets you select different Polymarket event start dates. Each event has a defined time window (usually 7 days or 2 days). Only dates with active events are selectable.

The progress bar shows how much of the event period has elapsed. When it reaches 100%, the event window has ended. The bar turns red when the event is over.

Grayed out hours indicate future time periods that haven't occurred yet, or periods with missing data.
